The Election Complaints and Appeals Panel has recently published decisions related to the complaints of non-majority communities, regarding possible manipulations in the electoral process by the Serbian List.
Thus, in two published decisions, thousands of ballots of non-Albanian parties were canceled and it was proved that there was an orchestration of votes in order to influence the election result.
